Dr. Michael Acanfora is a renowned Hudson County chiropractor and the Director of Chiropractic at The Chiropractic Health Center, where he provides care to patients in our Bayonne and Jersey City locations.
Dr. Acanfora received his undergraduate degree from Kean University. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic from Life University in Marietta, GA. Raised in Bayonne, he has provided health and wellness services to the community for more than 30 years. Dr. Acanfora has a passion for educating the community about chiropractic care’s holistic benefits. In 2018, he co-founded The Health Coaching Academy, which uses education and increased awareness of chiropractic techniques to help improve community health. He also co-founded a chiropractic and natural health think tank and podcast called Beyond Your Wildest Genes, accumulating over 1.2 million downloads. He is a member of the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors (ANJC).
Dr. Acanfora strives to help his patients live naturally healthy, happy, and vital lives by making chiropractic and holistic wellness available to everyone. This allows him to empower and inspire people to unlock the human body’s full potential. Among the conditions and injuries he treats are neck, shoulder, back, and knee pain, sciatica, headaches, disc herniations and bulges, and accident related injuries.
